Airvioo technology tracks your flight instantly via your flight number. Even if your landing time changes, the system directs our driver according to the new time. Your vehicle will be waiting for you when you land and no extra fee will be charged for this waiting.

At Airvioo, you have the freedom to choose the payment method that suits you best. We offer two options at the booking stage:
  • Full Prepayment: You can pay the entire amount via our website with a secure credit card infrastructure, and you do not deal with cash traffic during the journey.
  • Flexible Payment (%20 + %80): You only pay a %20 deposit to finalize your reservation. You can pay the remaining amount directly to our driver in cash (TL, EUR, USD, GBP) when your transfer is completed.

Absolutely. Although Airvioo works with a marketplace model, all our driver partners included in the system go through a strict inspection process. Required licenses, vehicle age criteria and criminal records are checked. In addition, drivers are scored by you at the end of each journey; drivers who do not maintain high service standards are removed from the system.

No surprises! Before your transfer time, we send you an SMS or WhatsApp message containing the Driver Digital ID Card.

  • Driver's Name and Photo
  • Vehicle Plate and Color
  • Vehicle Exterior Photo

Thus, you can travel safely by seeing in advance which vehicle you will get on at the airport exit.

If your plans change, the full amount you paid (all if you made a full payment, the %20 part if you paid a deposit) will be refunded without interruption for cancellations made 24 hours before your transfer time. You can perform the cancellation process with a single click via the management link sent to you.
